The emphasis on the roof inspection was to inspect the current condition of the roofing system and to provide an evaluation of the overall condition of the system components and determine if the overall system is functioning as intended. The report contained information on the building envelope, factors affecting performance, drainage issues, flashing issues, and recommendations for ongoing maintenance / replacement of various systems. In addition, the surveyed roof sections have been photographically documented and graphically documented in an architectural roof plan.
