GSA Bonneville

The Bonneville Power Administration Building buildings are traditional high-rise office buildings with over 50,000 SF of roofing area. The buildings are both historic buildings so great care was taken to preserve the character of the buildings while installing the best roofing and sustainable technologies to support its longevity. The Bonneville roof replacement entailed the removal of the multiple roofing sections across the building and replacement with a new 3-ply modified bitumen roofing system over the traditionally clad areas. Special features of the roof included the replacement with a new GREEN ROOF. An IRMA system was installed with large 2’x2’ pavers as the finished surface.
