The K2M Team developed and implemented the first Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE) at NASA facilities with USGBC LEED designations. POE is a process of systematically evaluating the performance and/or effectiveness of aspects of a building and project site such as occupant health, satisfaction, utility reductions, and maintenance.
